Terms of Service

1. Scope of Agreement

Leadzation provides proprietary B2B exhibitor data and verified contact intelligence. By accessing our platform, requesting a custom list, or purchasing any data asset, you enter into a legally binding agreement to adhere to these terms.

2. Limited Usage License

Upon purchase, Leadzation grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided data for internal sales, marketing, and recruitment outreach. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling, distributing, or publicly disclosing any Leadzation data assets.
  • Using automated systems or "scraping" tools to extract sample data from our platform.
  • Sublicensing Leadzation intelligence to third-party data brokers or lead generation directories.

3. Delivery & Verification

To maintain our high data quality standards, we do not offer instant downloads. Upon successful payment, our analysts perform a final manual verification of your requested exhibitor list. The finalized, clean data file (CSV/Excel) will be delivered securely to your provided email address within 24 hours.

4. Accuracy & Bounce Rate Guarantee

We guarantee a hard bounce rate of less than 5% on all delivered lists. If your outreach experiences a hard bounce rate exceeding 5% within 14 days of delivery, you must provide us with the bounce report. Leadzation will, at our discretion, provide replacement contacts or a prorated refund for the invalid records. Soft bounces (e.g., out-of-office, full inboxes) do not qualify as invalid data.

5. User Compliance & Liability

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their email and phone outreach campaigns comply with all local, regional, and international regulations, including but not limited to GDPR (EU), CAN-SPAM (USA), and CASL (Canada). Leadzation provides B2B intelligence; the user assumes all liability for how that intelligence is utilized in their marketing practices.

6. Intellectual Property

All website code, branding, data structures, verification methodologies, and proprietary algorithms used to curate exhibitor lists remain the exclusive intellectual property of Leadzation.
