Refund Policy

1. Digital Asset Finality

Due to the inherent nature of digital intelligence products, all sales are considered final upon delivery of the data. Leadzation does not offer "change of mind" refunds once a CSV or Excel asset has been delivered to your email inbox.

2. The 95% Deliverability Guarantee

We pride ourselves on our 24-hour manual verification process. If a purchased list demonstrates a hard bounce rate exceeding 5% within 14 days of delivery, Leadzation will provide replacement contacts or a prorated refund for the invalid records. To qualify, you must provide a valid bounce report from a recognized email service provider (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun, Apollo). Soft bounces (such as out-of-office replies or full inboxes) do not qualify as invalid data.

3. Accuracy Thresholds

Trade show line-ups are subject to change by event organizers. Leadzation guarantees data accuracy based on the list of exhibitors available at the time of your request. We are not liable for exhibitor withdrawals, cancellations, or company changes that occur post-verification.

4. Dispute Resolution

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting our support team are viewed as a breach of contract. Leadzation reserves the right to terminate your access to our platform and report fraudulent payment activity to merchant processing networks.
